About Roots Country School
Roots country school is a modern co-educational boarding cum day senior secondary school founded in the year 2003 under Society for Education and Environment Development. It is surrounded by lush apple and cherry orchards crowning Baghi valley in Shimla Hills. Education away from home has been a tradition in Indian society. We have a rich history of prominent educational institutions, imparting value based education for decades and generations.

The school has installed a sewerage treatment plant and a garbage treatment plant along with a bio-digestor plant. Waste water management with latest technology from DRDO and STP has also been setup. Originally, a part of Bushahar principality, Baghi was always an important commuting passage and a business centre for the surrounding local population.
